After Receiving a Diploma in Photography in 2007, I started working for one of Durban's most credible studios, immersing myself in the commercial and advertising industry.

Eight years later I was able to say I had photographed for some of South Africa's most prestigious retail companies.

 In 2015, backed by accumulated experience and a desire to challenge myself, I decided to pursue a life long dream, and founded Bryan Powell Photography.

Having been in the industry for a number of years,  I have a firm understanding of deadlines and expectations.

 Being able to keep a cool head and take direction is something that comes naturally, as well as offer creative advice when expected.

Collaborating with art directors and clients to create a finessed result is the core of what I do, and what I am most passionate about.
